According to Indeed, an EiR is an “individual who provides a company with their expertise, whether that’s investment advice or counselling for a new startup.” They have been there, done that and are eager to pass on their knowledge.Â
An EiR’s role depends on their experience. If they have experience in finance, for instance, they may advise you on investment opportunities. Other EiRs may be more useful by revising your management strategies.
Adele Schlick is a proud resident of British Columbia who was born in Terrace, B.C. and has lived in several other communities in North/Central B.C.
As a graduate of the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) who also holds a Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) designation, she is a strong believer in lifelong learning and professional growth.
Adele brings with her twenty (20) years of experience in business financial services and acumen in numerous industries and sectors, as well as in delivering differentiated client experiences. She spent time as a Credit Adjudicator at one of the Big Five chartered Canadian banks before taking the position of Chief Financial Officer at Venture Elevators Inc.
Adele has been an active member of the community over the years, including mentoring for Futurpreneur, acting as President of the Prince George Chamber of Commerce (2009-2010), as well as fundraising for various campaigns.
