Our experts are referred to as Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (short: EiRs).Â
According to Indeed, an EiR is an “individual who provides a company with their expertise, whether that’s investment advice or counselling for a new startup.” They have been there, done that and are eager to pass on their knowledge.Â
An EiR’s role depends on their experience. If they have experience in finance, for instance, they may advise you on investment opportunities. Other EiRs may be more useful by revising your management strategies.
A Lecturer at University of Northern B.C.’s School of Business, Natascha is passionate about passing along her knowledge to the next generation of business professionals.Â
Natascha is a UNBC alumnus, Certified Professional Accountant (CPA), and holds a Masters of Professional Accounting (MPAcc). At UNBC, she teaches introductory and intermediate accounting courses in addition to coaching the Jeux du Commerce West (JDC West) competition delegates.
At Hubspace, she helps firms to set strategic direction, respond to challenging situations, and navigate the growing and innovative business environments using her experience. She does this by helping her clients better understand and utilize their financial information, which leads to improved internal processes.
Her experience includes providing assurance, tax, asset management, and other business improvement services for entities in health services, manufacturing, natural resources, and non-profit organizations.
